In Representing the S&H Center, located at the corner of Market Street (Highway 17) and S College Road (Interstate 40) we worked with our client to generate a list of potential target tenants that would work with the Real Estate Use Restrictions on the property. Identifying, recruiting and negotiating a Long Term Lease, built to Tenant Specifications was just the beginning.
This 63,000 sf retailer was the first large scale retailer to locate in Wilmington outside of the Mayfaire area at the time of their opening.
